The restaurant has a bright, open feel, looking out as it does on the rich greenery of the Japanese garden, and serves seasonal dishes that really bring out the flavor of the freshest local ingredients. These dishes are a feast for not only the taste buds but also the eyes, being laid out in a gorgeous arrangement whether you order the buffet or the à la carte.
At the buffet, you can enjoy the “live kitchen,” watching the chef prepare the food on the spot, as well as a fabulous array of fruits and cakes, while the à la carte menu includes pasta, curry, and rice bowls.

I want to use the skills I honed in a 3-star French restaurant to deliver to you an amazing dining experience. I seek to bring food culture in the future by learning from the culinary traditions of various countries.
